Hi, I’m Madi, a Yakima, Washington based wedding coordinator, and I’d love to be part of your wedding day. I serve couples throughout Central Washington, including Yakima, Ellensburg, and the Tri-Cities, and regularly travel as far North as Salem, Oregon and South as Anacortes and Bellingham, Washington for the right celebration.

My background in event planning began in the corporate world, where timelines, logistics, and organization were everything. It didn’t take long for me to realize weddings were where I truly belonged. I’ve now coordinated over 100 weddings across the Pacific Northwest and am heading into my fifth wedding season.
